SEARCHING FOR JOHN SPIRA
On 10/30/07, it was reported that Suzanne “advised she and David Stubben have been working on an agreement for her portion of the Universal Cable building but she refused to disclose the terms of their agreement.” Um, wow.
Does this mean that as soon as a month after the fire, money was being paid out to both Dave and Suzanne? It was reported there was $750,000.00 in damage to the building. So if this is in reference to an insurance payout, then not only was this actually not considered arson, it had to have been declared accidental. How is that possible?????? Maybe Dave could shed some light on this for us.

Stephanie, just some thoughts/comments:1)If this is ever to be solved, it will be due to your persistence; 2)Don’t give up-Etan Patz was recently probably solved after 33(?) years!!; 3)Your brother did NOT walk away: finally to-be-settled divorce, successful business, happy-go-lucky single musician, etc.;4)Your brother was probably NOT in financial difficulties-even if the $1MM Dave figure were true (NOT), his business part was probably worth that much and more;5) Hiring a PI is a good idea, as is the new sign, although the sign perp is probably now sufficiently forewarned;6)You must look at motive and opportunity; 7)Motive: employee who had delivered re-possessed Escalade same day of disappearance? Wife, although settlement agreed on, but greedy/life insurance/revenge/etc.? Partner Dave due to financial/other disagreements/spur-of-the moment violent action? Other??-Labor/Mafia/other disgruntled parties? 8)Opportunity: Of all with possible Motives, the only for now logical Opportunity lies with Dave: Last one to be with John; Extremely small window of time when John disappears-15 or so minutes from his one-story office building to his parked truck, which he didn’t even use, and which was later moved behind building to Dave’s parking space??? Even if John had been abducted by someone in the parking lot, Dave would probably have heard it. John’s wife probably did not have the Opportunity, and logically it seems doubtful she was in league with Dave. The bubble wrap, torn-down sign, and very suspicious fire (possibly to destroy blood trace evidence, since I doubt the office building had been treated with Luminol as a crime scene) are possible incriminating factors. If it were Dave, perhaps he had no employee collusion (would increase his risk), which would mean if he did dispose of John’s bubble-wrapped body, he did not do it in a Company cable dig area (did he soon after go hunting on his property down South?). I and all interested parties wish you luck and perseverance in finding John’s whereabouts and probable murderer.
I’d also like to know why it was never revealed by the police or fire department, that it was, in fact, declared accidental instead of saying it was still ‘undetermined’???
why not try and hang up another sign and stake out the area with a video camera.
No one is mentioning that this building was full of live rounds, ensuring that the fire department could not get near it to put the fire out ! Had to let the ammo cook off first. Not safe to approach until it was a heap of cold ashes. Who thinks like that may I ask?
stacy is right. I just heared about the case on tv on ivestiation discovery, and when it was at the point when that somebody ripped the sign the second time, i thought exactley the same thing what stacy said. if you do, i recommand to hide the camera very well.
I recommand you to continue the investigations, no matter what what. Unfortunately, I think he was murdered. Or maybe, not very probably, he is locked or kept as hostage somewhere, maybe by the person who ripped the sign.
What about her ex-wife? She might have something to do with this. I am not saying she is guilty, I am just saying that she might be guilty or partially guilty. Thing about it. I don’t know her, you do. She might have had a depression or something and probably wanted to revenge on him, or somone else wanted to do the same thing. Just thing carefully at everithing I said.

ough, I forgot: find out as much as possible about the fire. I’m sure it could have been determined at that time. It’s possible that that person might have bribed somone or more people to hide the evidence and/or authorities not to hide truth… if you know what I mean… try to do the same thing!, or anything you think might give you clues or answers.
I saw this case on Disapeaered. I just wanted the loved ones to know that there are A LOT of people in the world who care about your family & your loved one, John Spira.
